Position Overview
Snyder Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee project operations across our institutional and commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project schedules and budgets
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain documentation
- Communicate progress to project managers and clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years construction supervision experience
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Working at Heights certification
- NCSO or Gold Seal designation preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
